Standard Publishing is proud to provide you with the support you need for a successful VBS program. We know that VBS planning is important and that it begins early. Starting in December, you will be able to rely on us for easy-to-use planning and coordination tools to help make your VBS a success.

  • Web Site Builder

    You will now be able to log in and create your own customized VBS web site with a unique URL. Use our web site builder to upload photos, logos, and forms. This will give you an easy way to promote your VBS program.
  • Registration Manager

    Our registration manager will allow participants to register online. This provides the VBS coordinator with one centralized place where he can manage registrations and download them in an Excel spreadsheet. We recommend using this feature to generate email lists for promotion and follow-up.
  • NEW

    “Share the Change” Resource Registry

    Allow your VBS participants to purchase VBS materials on your behalf. Your resource registry will automatically show all products available on the main Product site as well as allow you to add your own Product list. You can also see who is donating to your VBS and setup notifications to show when a participant purchases something.
  • Allows you to update

    your profile and basic church information anytime you wish.
  • Document Manager

    VBS coordinators will now be able to upload documents that relate to their VBS programs. We recommend using this feature for medical release forms, permission slips, and emergency contact information. After participants register for your VBS program, parents can download all of these forms and have them filled out prior to the start of VBS.

Returning 2011 VBS Web Tools users: you can log in with the same user name and password as last year. Once logged in you can update all of your information from 2011 to 2012 including your Web site URL.
